
My Mission

My mission is to provide compassionate and effective nutrition counseling with evidence-based healing interventions to those suffering from the physical, psychological, and emotional consequences of digestive disorders, disordered eating patterns, and/or diet backlash.

Additionally, I am dedicated to helping decrease the prevalence of eating disorder development. One thing that is shown to help minimize disordered eating patterns is when parents model a positive relationship with food and their own body, as well as, avoid control over their child’s eating. As a mother of 3, I am very passionate about helping other parents instill a positive relationship with food and body for their children, avoid disordered eating and negative body image, and just feel good and at peace about feeding their kids and teens in our modern world.
