Registered Dietitian specializing
in compassionate, non-diet approach to support the healing of
Disordered Eating, Digestive Disorders, and Diet Backlash.
My mission is to provide compassionate and effective nutrition counseling with evidence-based healing interventions to those suffering from the physical, psychological, and emotional consequences of digestive disorders, disordered eating patterns, and/or diet backlash.
Additionally, I am dedicated to helping decrease the prevalence of eating disorder development. One thing that is shown to help minimize disordered eating patterns is when parents model a positive relationship with food and their own body, as well as, avoid control over their child’s eating. As a mother of 3, I am very passionate about helping other parents instill a positive relationship with food and body for their children, avoid disordered eating and negative body image, and just feel good and at peace about feeding their kids and teens in our modern world.

“Elizabeth makes it so clear and easy to put this framework into practice. I felt so supported and free to make mistakes. For the first time ever, I trust my body and I believe I am much more than just a number on the scale. I can't believe how
much of my precious brain power was being wasted on weight, food intake, and food rules. Now, I am experiencing the positive upward spiral from my new point of view.”
