Eating Disorders

Disordered eating patterns, chronic dieting or restrained eating, and even digestive issues/disorders can lead to an Eating Disorder. I like to highlight that no matter your size or weight, it is possible to have an Eating Disorder(ED). Unfortunately, many EDs go undiagnosed because individuals do not fit a certain profile, weight, or size. But it is part of my mission to help anyone suffering from eating issues to get the treatment and healing options that they deserve. Some stages of a diagnosed Eating Disorder may require in-patient treatment or other higher levels of care. I am a Registered Dietitian who will work with clients in later stages of Eating Disorder recovery on an out-patient basis, and as part of a treatment team.
