Education and Counseling for Parents

 

Do you worry about your child’s weight, health, or eating habits? In a compassionate and supportive atmosphere, parents will learn strategies to support, reinforce, and/or heal your child’s innate relationship with food, eating, and movement. This will never involve weighing your child or putting them on a diet.

 

Some common concerns:

  • I was told my child is ‘overweight.’

  • My child only wants to eat ‘white carbs.’

  • My child is hyper-focused on candy and sweets.

  • My teen only eats ‘junk food.’

  • My child hardly eats.

  • I worry about my teens’ body size.
