Do you worry about your child’s weight, health, or eating habits? In a compassionate and supportive atmosphere, parents will learn strategies to support, reinforce, and/or heal your child’s innate relationship with food, eating, and movement. This will never involve weighing your child or putting them on a diet.
Some common concerns:
